Yes, I have been quiet again that's because I'm madly trying to write my final essays before their deadlines. But after they are handed in I have quite a few posts that I have in mind.

Anyhoo onto what this blog post is really about!

Barry M Gelly - Watermelon Review

Now I am an avid fan of Barry M and their nail paints because of how cheap they are and how great quality they can be. I have gathered quite a few of them now since I discovered them years ago but I hadn't tried the Gelly line yet so when I saw that Boots had them on 3 for 2 I took advantage and grabbed myself this glorious green!

The Gelly's are meant to be high shine and similar to the gel manicures that you can get in beauty salons.

Here is it with just one coat on (excuse how messy they are)

For one coat it isn't bad but it looked a little streaky, but it is definitely shiny!

Here it is with a second coat which has made it a lot more opaque and it is still really shiny, this is without a topcoat on!

Comparing the actual colour to the colour that is shown through the bottle it is an exact replica which is great. I hate it when a colour looks really pretty in the bottle and then you use it and it ends up being completely different.

I love it! I didn't think that I would love this colour as much as I do but it is officially on my favourites list!

So what do I rate this nail paint??

Colour: 10/10

Application: 9/10

I give the Gelly collection high praise! 

Pandora Ring - Early Birthday Gift!

My birthday has come so quickly this year, my boyfriend started pestering me about what to get me in like March and I said to him it's ages away and now it's only a week away!

Last Saturday I went to Leeds for the first time as my boyfriend was there for the day so I took that opportunity to see him and whilst there he picked up my birthday present! 

I am one happy girl! How pretty is it?

Pretty Pretty Fairy Lights

Hello,

I wouldn't go as far as saying that I am a true "girly girl" but I do have my "girly girl" quirks about me and my fairy lights are one of them.

Since I was a little girl I have had some and they were lilac and perfect, but they finally started to die on me a few weeks ago and I struggled to find any that were as perfect as they were but now I have finally found my replacements.

They are really cute. I love how bright the purple is on them and the pattern the lights make because of the woven casing. They are perfect and if you love fairy lights then I highly recommend these ones.
